OneSource Document Management, a leader in the release of information (ROI) industry, is experiencing tremendous growth and seeking dynamic, customer service oriented, professional representatives to service our clients as Account Specialists.
Position Summary:
The Account Specialist serves as the primary point of contact at the client site while maintaining a strong client relationship. The Account Specialist should be a proven take charger performer who is self managed, motivated and driven to consistently exceed client expectations.
Responsibilities:

Work efficiently with internal Account Management group to ensure a smooth, timely, effective and productive workflow.

Guarantees flawless delivery of release of information (ROI) services

Ensures that all processes and procedures are being followed and quality standards are at a minimum being met per HIPAA guidelines

Regularly communicate status of site work to client and internal teams

Escalate any major issues to Account Director

Work together with internal team to quickly resolve any issues that may arise

Identify new business opportunities and report findings to Account Director
Requirements:

Bachelor’s Degree

Ability to work independently with a solution minded, and customer centric attitude

Quality conscious and detail oriented with strong problem solving and organizational skills

Must be dexterous and possess excellent computer proficiency skills

Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills

Must reflect professional image and demeanor

Experience in health information management or release of information a plus
