| Job Duties and Responsibilities |
Primary Duties/Responsibilities:
Manage development and implementation activities with respect to all aspects of the
o Procurement messaging, RFP shaping and interaction with client and stakeholder customer personnel o Teaming, partnering and vendor selection o Offering strategy to include technical, management, schedule, cost, risk, price and all other facets of the substance to be reflected in the eventual proposal o Requirements for investment (e.g., IRAD and Market Assist) essential to support a winning offering
The CM shall participate in training and mentoring activities to enhance the performance of unit-level capture assets, assuring complete performance against the aforementioned functions. |
| Qualifications | Requires Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a technical field and twelve to fifteen years of experience or a Master’s degree and ten to twelve years experience in design engineering, program management experience and/or government sales/marketing. |
