About this role

As our Licensing Supervisor, you will serve a vital role in our Foster Care program, which offers a family-based placement option for children with serious behavioral, emotional, or medical health needs. Providing support to the Foster Care Recruiting/Licensing Specialists and oversee the development and maintenance of our program operations. This position is focused on the licensing aspect of our program, facilitating meetings, supervising regional licensing teams, approving documentation, ensuring program compliance, and maintaining up to date knowledge of licensing laws and changes.

What we are looking for:

  • Master's degree in an approved Human Service field (Child, Family and Community Services; Early Childhood Development etc)
  • CERAP certified
  • DCSF licensed
  • CPR and First Aid certified; OR willing and able to become certified within thirty (30) days of hire
  • Direct experience providing services to children/adolescents and families in a therapeutic treatment environment
  • Valid State Driver's License and automobile insurance.
    • If relocating to Illinois - IL driver's license MUST be obtained within thirty (30) days of hire
