Job Description: | Your primary focus will be Billing, work order revisions/additions, maintaining and updating records, as well as other daily office activities as they develop. Flexibility is key. Job Type: Full-time Responsibilities: Billing Draft correspondences and other formal documents Work order revisions/additions Maintaining and updating records Answer inbound telephone calls Develop and implement organized filing systems Perform all other office tasks Qualifications: Previous experience in accounting, office administration or other related fields Ability to prioritize and multitask.
