Job Description - Associate Director: New York, NY
Role Purpose
Based in New York City, this is a full-time client dedicated role responsible for supporting our Real Estate client in achieving their business strategy. This individual will be responsible for working across multiple stakeholder groups to collect and aggregate data and package it into recommendations for the program team and leadership.
You will work directly with our clients and cross-disciplinary group of JLL consultants to develop Real Estate solutions that meet our clients business needs.
The successful candidate will support multiple workstreams in a fast-paced dynamic business.
Responsibilities: Conducting research and analyzing data to identify real estate asset trends, issues and opportunities for improvement Assisting in the development of real estate savings opportunities based on data collection Liaising with client and JLL stakeholder groups to maintain accurate datasets and validate information in development of business cases Preparing briefs, reports and presentations that communicate findings and recommendations to clients Supporting project management activities, such as coordinating meetings and tracking project timelines Collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop and implement workplace solutions Staying up-to-date on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies related to workplace design and strategy Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders
Qualifications and experience: An experienced Real Estate, Project Management consultant with a 7-9 years of client facing work experience Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously Proficiency with common business software, project management programs and IT platforms. Ability to establish and maintain strong relationships and to influence others and move toward a common vision or goal. Proven track record in delivering projects on-time, on-budget within the scope that meets or exceeds stakeholder expectations. Strong consulting mindset and desire to learn.
