About the Role

The Ogilvy Influencer team is looking for an operations partner - a passionate producer that is ready to be the spine of the team when it comes to seamless resource management, fluid operations and business acumen.

What You'll Do

  • Serve as the Influencer Operations partner with senior leads to run operations smoothly for the influence team.
  • Apply a systems mindset to scale efficiently and reduce manual, bespoke work.
  • Create workflow processes
  • Supplement systems with critical thinking ensure our team has what they need to develop the best work.
  • Work within existing frameworks to centralize and manage onboarding, offboarding, recruiting, resourcing, fiscal tracking, case studies, tools, vendor relationships, etc.
  • Solve problems quickly and collaboratively
  • Rapidly generate estimates for new business and organic growth on projects
  • Analyze team scoped, sold, utilization and actual hours on projects.
  • Look for overburn and under burn on team hours to continually right size workload.
  • Develop detailed staff plans and craft approaches to new work.
  • Partner with strategy leads to ensure we have the right mix of talent on client projects.
  • Ensure the team is correctly scoped on exciting, challenging work that matches their skillset and helps their growth within the organization.
  • Protect the team bandwidth and ensure their workload isn't excessive.
  • Ensure the team is equipped with all the right trainings, tools, and resources to create best-in-class influence work.
  • Partner with the HR and department lead to ensure we train and onboard new talent in an efficient and enjoyable manner.
  • Manage tools, platforms, technology partner contracts, and licenses in partnership with discipline leads.
  • Drive negotiations to obtain best pricing and offers from providers.
  • Partner with various teams to implement and ensure adoption of processes that increase our agility and efficacy as a team.
  • Design, drive and implement training programs to help our teams acquire new skillsets and professionally develop.
  • Optimize existing practices to help reduce the pressures and distractions on the team.
  • Oversee influencer payments and relationship with third party vendor.

What You'll Need

  • Work experience: 4-6 years of experience, ideally in social media, influencer, media, content or other forms of digital marketing
  • Experience in tech platforms.
  • Comfort adopting and rolling out new software and platforms.
  • Large agency as well as start-up experience desired.
  • Very strong experience in developing processes that improve efficacy of operations.
  • Strong understanding of marketing, digital, media, and social landscapes.
  • Experience working with influencers.
  • Strong team coordination skills.
  • Extensive experience in writing and presenting relevant information.
  • Ability to evaluate, design and execute streamlined processes across clients and within the group.
  • Ability to break down new work into a logical sequence of activities, concrete deliverables and expectations and shepherd conversations and create approaches to realize that work.

*Please note: This role requires to be in the NY office 3 days per week.

The compensation for this position at the time of this posting is indicated below. Individual compensation varies based on job-related factors, including location, business needs, level of responsibility, experience, and qualifications. Pay Range
$100,000$150,000 USD
