We're currently seeking a Production Supervisor with Injection Molding experience to join our team and make an immediate impact. Starting Salary: $80,000 - $95,000

Shift Available: 6:00 pm - 6:00 am, 3 days on/4 days off

Experience/Skills Required:
  • Solid background in an injection molding environment
  • Previous experience in a production supervisor or technical lead role
  • Strong leadership, communication, and time management skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications
  • Ability to actively supervise the production team on the floor
  • Capacity to lift up to 50 lbs as required
  • High school diploma or equivalent

Primary Responsibilities:
  • Supervise production activities within the injection molding environment
  • Train, schedule, and oversee the performance of the production team
  • Maintain accurate production reporting for the shift
