Overview

Expected pay for this position is $38.71 - $51.28/hour. Actual pay will be determined by experience, skills and internal equity.

POSITION SUMMARY:

  • The Activation Optimization and Training Manager is responsible for the management of the staff and functions of the activation and training team.
  • Responsible for coordinating and overseeing technology activation activity as it relates to activation support team members and activities.
  • Responsible to establish and oversee training and optimization programs for technology users to enable a path to master user.
  • Partners with and holds accountability to organizations preparing for a technology activation to ensure training and activation support activities are occurring as defined for activation success.

*Required travel to all OSF facilities*


Qualifications

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in healthcare related field.
  • Experience: 2+ years of experience with progressively increasing responsibility in a healthcare role.
  • Licensure/Certification: N/A

Other Skills/ Knowledge:

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Solid computer skills, including proficiency with Microsoft software.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to be detail oriented.

Education: Master's Degree in healthcare related field
