Position Summary:
We have an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Sr. Manager Sourcing, Corporate Services.
In this role, the successful candidate as the Senior Manager Sourcing, Corporate Services is responsible for managing a team of approx. 5 Sourcing professionals to develop/enhance contract and supplier management strategies. He/She will be accountable to identify savings and process improvements for non-clinical Corp Services spend in the categories assigned to their team. The Sr. Manager is also a key team member across Sourcing Leaders within Supply Chain who will drive overall process, policy and team initiatives that improve overall supply chain performance. The Sr. Manager will bring category expertise including but not limited to data-driven analysis for total cost value, expertise in RFP/Sourcing strategies, knowledge of key players/marketplace and drive effective negotiation strategies on pricing and commercial terms. The Sr. Manager is a proven team leader who has experience recruiting, on-boarding and engaging the team. He/She provides clear direction to help drive accountability and results.
The Senior Manager must be able be successful partnering with end user leadership to review spend, identify new needs and opportunities. This role must be able to present strategies with clear rationale and recommendations to allow stakeholders to make effective decisions.
In the interim, the Senior Manager will report into the CPO, Supply Chain but eventually will report to a Director of Sourcing Corp Services.

Minimum Qualifications:
To qualify you must have a Bachelor's Degree in a related field.
Minimum of Eight (8) years strategic sourcing responsibilities, with 2 of those years being in a Management Role.
Proficient in business applications (e.g. Microsoft office suite), and familiarity with ERP systems and procurement/contract systems.
Knowledge of procurement/sourcing process
Preferred Qualifications:
Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a plus
Master of Business Administration (MBA) is a plus
Desired Skills Sets: Organizational Savvy; Excellent written and verbal communication; Excellent presentation skills;

NYU Langone Health provides a salary range to comply with the New York state Law on Salary Transparency in Job Advertisements. The salary range for the role is $117,107.95 - $172,672.50 Annually. Actual salaries depend on a variety of factors, including experience, specialty, education, and hospital need. The salary range or contractual rate listed does not include bonuses/incentive, differential pay or other forms of compensation or benefits.
