Sr. Manager, iovera and ZILRETTA Digital Marketer
Description
- Partner with iovera and ZILRETTA franchise leads to understand business goals and translate them into effective digital marketing strategies and programs
- Manage and optimize campaigns across digital platforms (i.e., iovera and ZILRETTA websites, search, email, third party media, HCP custom media, print media and display) reflective of the brands strategic priorities.
- Utilize data-driven insights to inform customer segmentation, personalization, and lifecycle marketing to expand programs that support HCP audiences
- Own media plan and budgeting based on customer audience preferences
- Help define digital KPIs and measurement plan
- Support strategy of HCP and Patient CRM customer journeys and next best action plan activation
- Hands-on management of end-to-end digital campaigns, from conceptualization to execution and analysis
- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure timely program and campaign delivery and optimizations
- Maintain ownership of the quality and consistency of plans, web standards, content and structure for respective brands
- Provide actionable insights and recommendations to optimize campaign performance and achieve business goals
- Develop and refine key executive presentations and reports, as required.
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in brand marketing or digital/social media platforms in a business development or pharmaceutical/biotech/medical devices environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Life Science, Marketing or closely related field from accredited college or university
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful digital marketing strategies.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing trends and best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Experience with CRM systems and digital analytics tools.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to travel up to 30%
